Streaked gurnard

Chelidonichthys lastoviza

Gurnard whose reddish body is covered in many fine dark OBLIQUE streaks, the give-away. Armoured head and three free finger-like pectoral rays for 'walking' the seabed like its cousins; deeper-bodied than the grey gurnard.
